Nahtlose DocuWare-Outlook-Integration

Germering, den 14. Februar 2012 – Im Mittelpunkt des CeBIT-Auftritts steht bei DMS-Spezialist DocuWare (Halle 3, Stand G20) die aktuelle Version DocuWare 5.1c. Zu den Highlights gehört das Modul DocuWare CONNECT to Outlook. Anwender können damit ihren Aufbewahrungspflichten auch bei E-Mails nachkommen, indem sie direkt in ihrer gewohnten Outlook-Umgebung die elektronische Post in DocuWare archivieren. Ebenso komfortabel ist die DocuWare-Suche aus Outlook heraus; sie bietet deutlich mehr Recherchemöglichkeiten als die reguläre Outlook-Suchfunktion.

Germering, den 24. Januar 2012 – Zur CeBIT 2012 präsentiert DMS-Spezialist DocuWare neue Apps. Neben Apple iPhone, iPad und iPod Touch werden jetzt auch Blackberry-Smartphones und Geräte mit den Betriebssystemen Android und Windows Phone 7 unterstützt. Die Nutzungsszenarien von DocuWare Mobile reichen von der Recherche im zentralen Dokument-Pool bis hin zur Bearbeitung von Dokumenten-Workflows.
